CVG Seating (India) Pvt Ltd was incorporated in April 2011 as a JV between Commercial vehicle Group, Inc and Hema Engineering Industries Ltd. This JV then acquired complete seating business of Vijayjyot Seat Pvt Ltd in November 2012

The acquisition added 3 manufacturing locations as Vadodara - Baska (Gujarat), Pune (Maharashtra), Dharwad (Karnataka) and a warehousing facility at Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh).

Our extensive product line is aimed at providing our customer solutions that help them succeed and includes Bus & Coach Passenger Seats, Cinema & Auditorium Seats, Utility Vehicle Seats, Truck Driver Suspension Seats, Construction & Agriculture Driver Suspension seats.
